Currently only available user to set ALT attribute when you add image block into the blog content, if you would like to add the ALT attribute on your post cover, you can try download my attached file and replace into JoomlaFolder/components/com_easyblog/themes/wireframe/blogs/entry/post.cover.php , so it will populate that ALT attribute tag automatically and show your blog title name in ALT attribute.
