Is there a setting to allow registers member to post only to a specific category or categories and hide the categories that are not allowed in easyblog?
This can be configured under the "Permission" tab when you edit the category at the back end. You can configure which users are allowed to post into the category

If the user does not have permissions, the category would not appear in the composer.

Thank you for your kind compliments!

By the way, please set the domains to all of your license, we are going to enforce a new policy where if any of your license does not have a domain, you will not be able to post a new support ticket.

This is to curb users abusing our support.
