allow users to delete stream?

Hi using ES 1.38 and cant seem to let users delete activity all though it is set in backend....

They only have option to hide in front end...

Any Ideas, I must be missing something simple

I am sorry for the late reply.
May I know which stream are you trying to delete? I am unable to replicate this issue with my local. Here my screenshot: http://screencast.com/t/FU7tzQjhXr . Perhaps you can provide us with appropriate screenshot of the issue and also please provide us backend access and FTP access as well so that we can debug this issue much quicker.

Please be advise.

Sorry it was a silly error on my part; Allow delete single stream item was set to no
