Hello. Sorry, but I can't understand how does Layout > Mobile Layout > Allow User to Zoom on Mobile works.
Seems I need screens or videos to understand it ?♂️

You should realize some of the web pages you can zoom in on the content by drag 2 fingers to move around the screen or double-tap the screen.
By default, Easysocial disallows the user to do that on the mobile but when you turn on that setting what you mentioned above, you can able zoom in on the content.
