To make you guest can reply for comments on you blog your can go to components-> ACL-> comments-> choose yes/no

by the way i have check at you backend admin already setting for guest can comments ( yes).

I can see now that i have my old template back

Therefore, responding to you're last answer. Guests still not be able to post a reply on a comment without logging in. I have seen that you make a new post named test with as content test only. Why did you do that?

sorry for any trouble actually for post test it just for test for comment i will delete it after my checking for you issue.
