Hello,
I have not found where to allow the owner of a page to edit an article he has published.
Where can I allow page owners to edit their publications?
Beest regards
Eric
Hi Eric,
Do you mean you would like to know how to edit a stream item(http://take.ms/itgxm)?
If yes, you should know that only story stream items can be edited. Others like link, video, photos, and so on cannot be edited. You can delete them then create a new one instead.

Hello Raymond,
Thank you for your reply.
I do not see this link "edit" in the menu, do I have to activate it somewhere?
Best regards.
Eric

Hey Eric,
May I know which stream item you want to edit so I can check it out? Maybe provide a url? Thanks.

Hello,
In this case, it is a matter of modifying the images of a publication on a page (the author wants to modify the images after the publication)
Best regards.

Hey Eric,
As I mentioned earlier, it is not possible to edit stream items containing images(http://take.ms/TLGeX). I would suggest you to copy the contents of the stream item, delete it, then create a new one instead.

Thank you for your reply.
But why the "EDIT" link is not displayed in the menu?

Hey Eric,
The 'Edit' link does not appear in the menu when the item cannot be edited. It will only appear when an item can be edited.

Yes of course, I also imagine that this is only possible for the owner of the post, but in no post the link "EDIT" is displayed, (for the posts I created for example)

Hey Eric,
Try creating a post from the 'Statut' button and you will be able to edit that post. Posts created from the other buttons like links, photos etc will not be editable, even if you are owner or site admin(http://take.ms/MVR2R).
