Allow admins to edit other user's profile in frontend [MOVED]

Hello. Can you please improve component to allow Moderators (also SuperUser and Administrator) to edit other user's profile info in frontend.

Usually voluntary moderators doesn't know how to use backend and they wish to edit profiles in frontend.

Also, editing profile in backend took loots of time to serarch it. In fronend if moderator find some profile, he will be able to edit it instantly

Hello, support team. Can you please discuss this request for improvement?

At the moment site moderators almost Helpless when they see user with name “Admins assholess”. The only thing, they can do is to ban or delete user. but in real life moderators would like to change name, profile info by themselves in frontend and discuss something with this user (why he is anger).

All these idea sounds great but before we take a step further, we are looking at audit trails first. Once we done that, we'll probably be enhancing the moderators permissions because if a moderator messes up your site, or accidentally changing user's data, there is no way to track who made the change and it's going to be super tricky.
