Allow SuperUser and Administrator to see user's privacy data

Hello.
I believe SuperUser, Administrator & moderatos should allow to see othse user's profile infiomation even if it's display only for firends or only for him.

For example, spamer can publish some link in "About Me" page and add friends to let thwm see it. But Admins will not know about it.

If those users were given moderators access here https://screencast.com/t/sPCVjacgIRiQ and as Super Users, they should be able to see them all. I have tested them out and it seems to works fine currently.

Can you point out which fields that not showing as it should?
