1) When logging in with Facebook (new users option) user is presented with only the default Profile Type for selection, although two other Profile Types are setup and should be presented as options. Did I miss setting something up? The different profile options do get displayed during the normal (non-FB) registration process.

2) Also, the available Profile Type for the above issue, indicates that it * Requires verification via email. I have the Profile Types registration configured for Single Sign On Registration Type set as Normal Registration (Automatic Login). No email is sent to the user for verification, however. Can the displayed * requirement be eliminated so not to confuse the new user signing in with Facebook for the first time? I want the new user's first impression to be a good one, without any questions regarding the sign-on process.
Hello Joshua,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. Please find my response to your inquiries below:

If you want to require users to choose a profile type, you need to configure EasySocial so that the registration type be in a normal process instead of a simple process as shown in my screen shot here, http://take.ms/xURZl

Hm, can I know where are you seeing the part "Requires verification via e-mail"?

Thanks for your response.

1) I checked my Settings>Social>Registration Type and found that it was already set to the "Normal Process." I did some further testing and found that each Profile Type Selection is displayed for a FB new user only after the Profile Type has been successfully used to register a non-FB user. Does that make since? Anyway, this one's no longer an issue.

2) I see the "Requires verification via e-mail" on the profile types available for the selection by the FB new user. I've attached a screen shot.

Looks like this one is a bug. If your current configuration for single sign on registration type is set to automatic login or admin approvals, it should be respected. I have created a ticket for this internally.
