HI. I have staff members who will be posting blogs for me. I want them to be able to post as me - but do so through their own user accounts. Is there an easy way to alias their accounts?

During your creation of blog post, you can change which author you wanted to be publish as. But, this feature only available to others user if they are 'Super User/Site admin' or you provided 'Moderate All Entries In Dashboard' ability for your respective user group as shown http://take.ms/XPHFF
