Hi,

As is known links supports English characters.
Because our language is Turkish, Turkish aliases in links seems to be. Prune poses a problem for us.

Note: Categories do not have this problem. have this problem in a new message.

1- Joomla version 3.3.0
2- Joomla seo active
3- Easydiscuss Version: 3.2.9422

To understand the issue better, please see the picture.
My problem with this

it should not be : mysite.com /joomla-3-x-güncelleme-nasıl-yapılır.html

How do I fix this way
mysite.com /joomla-3-x-guncelleme-nasil-yapilir.html

Thank you in advance
Hello ugur,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. Most browser these days already supports unicode urls and it's perfectly fine to contain unicode characters in the URL but the problem is most likely because you did not enable the option "Enable unicode urls" in EasyDiscuss settings.

Hi mark,

Turkish characters involved links ridiculous as your example. This creates problems for search engines links.

No problem of Joomla aliases.
There are forums alias problem.

Examples joomla link: http://www.joomlatr.org/google/haberler/18-joomla-haberleri/7-joomla-2-5-20-yayinlandi.html

Hello ugur,

Unfortunately there's actually no way to determine this. We're using the same method that Joomla uses to ensure that the URL is safe from unicode characters.

Hello Ugur,

Unfortunately your order was made more than 3 months ago and it's not possible to initiate a refund request. Does vbulletin detects transliteration better?
