I've tried to replicate this issue locally, seems there is an issue when you turn on the Remove URL Language Code from the System - Language Filter plugin. I've logged this issue in our issue tracker and our developers will take an action for this.
Would you mind to temporarily disable the option for the time being?

I am sorry for the delay of this reply.

Regarding your issue, I've added a fix on your site and now you should see the correct alert message when the required fields is empty upon saving. Please give it a try again

The same fix will be added into next release of EasySocial as well.
