Ajax loading/refresh error when switching tabs

Dear Stackideas,

We found out that we have a (Ajax) loading/refresh problem.
If we switch between community groups categories it won't work. It do work if we refresh the page manually but when clicking other tabs it won't load via ajax.

The javascript error we receive from the console:

POST https://www.hilverportal.nl/?option=com_easysocial&lang=&Itemid=523&_ts=1510904501229 500 (Internal Server Error)

What we tried already:
- settings --> general --> system --> turn off: use index.php for ajax URL
- settings --> general --> system --> turn off: Load internal jQuer library
- Delete all cache
- update all components/template

Could you guys please advice?

Thanks. I am able to access now.

I am seeing this error when clicking on one of the categories:

0 - Call to undefined method Joomla\CMS\Document\RawDocument::addCustomTag()
[/gist]
It looks like this is a Yootheme related issue as I have also encountered this on another customer site that is using Yootheme.

You can try switching to a different template and the issue should no longer occur. Based on what the other customer said, I believe Yootheme is aware of the issue and is working on a fix.

Thanks for your quick response!
It makes sense to me because i never saw this problem before but a few days ago we updated all our sites including the Yootheme template. I will ask Yootheme if they have already a solution.
