Ajax functionality broken since Joomla upgrade to 3.46 and 3.47

Hi,

All Ajax functionality appears to have broken since I upgraded to Joomla 3.46 and then 3.47. I haven't added any other plugins etc before this broke. Any ideas.

Example of things broken : Unable to refresh stream, Unable to load pictures, Unable to load tooltip content.
