I cant see how to turn off the requirement for agreeing to terms and conditions before posting. I dont even see how to edit the TOS if I did want to use them.

Could you tell me where this is turned off in komento? Screenshot attached.

No ftp or admin access needed. Id like to have you tell me where the setting is rather than resolve it.
