If you are on Joomla 3.2, edit the Joomla - User plugin and save it. It's a known issue in Joomla 3.2. By the way, it looks like your account isn't tied up with any subscriptions on our site. Hello Alin,

Did you use login with a LDAP server in your side? If not just turn off LDAP plugin. Please have a look this reference link below :

You can disable this plugin from Joomla's user manager if you don't use LDAP.
