after Upgrading to EasySocial v1.3.21 i cant see notification tubs and search form on my too bar

hi
i have upgraded to EasySocial v1.3.21 and am now not seeing the search form, and all notifications on the tool bar this also happend when i upgraded to v1.3.20

Hello Goodwin,

Hm, the login credentials provided isn't working for me here. Can you please advise?

By the way, did you add any template overrides for EasySocial for the toolbar?
