Hi,

after update my Easy Blog to 5.1 RC I haven't block section in post editor? How can I enable it?

Thank you for your time!
Hi there,

It seems that your given credentials is not valid as i can access them as you can see here http://take.ms/08ani. Can you provide use with valid access credentials for further check on this issues?

By the way, based on what mentions above, is it you wanted to edit your existing post? If yes, there will no blocks on it if you previously create those post using other editor apart from 'Built-in' composer.

Or If you are creating a new post, maybe you can check at your Backend>Components>Easyblog>Settings>Editor>Default Editor whether it is using "Built-in - Easyblog composer" or not.

Please advice.

Hi there,

It seems like you are requesting support for http://totalitx.com but your licensed domain is http://beesmart.tech . Please understand that Pro versions only entitles you to support for 1 domain only. Maybe you have entered your credentials wrongly, please advice.

Should you require support for additional domains, please consider upgrading your license to the Unlimited version or purchase an additional subscription for this site.

Thanks for your understanding

Hi there,

Oh, sorry for my confusion above as you didn't not stated that you wanted to try our software on others domain on your first reply. By the way, i am different staff, and for sure not Arlex as mentioned above

By the way, based on from what i seen, when i tried editing your blog post, it seems that you are using "None" editor as you can see http://take.ms/mXIVq. Easyblog, will automatically, fetch what editor are those blogs created on.

And it seems that, when i wanted to create a new blog post, it seems that, currently, you are still using 'None' editor. In order for you to change them, go to Backend>Components>Easyblog>Settings>Editor>Default Editor set your Default Editor to "Built-in - Easyblog composer".

If still persist, can you provide us with valid backend access, as right now, it kept redirected me to your frontend.

Please advice.

Hi there,

As you see in the left window I hadn't Block tab! Where can find it to enable?

Unfortunately, in order for you to achieved this, you need to use "Built-in Easyblog" composer only as those "Blocks" are develop by ours and other editor not developed by us. As you can see on my reference below.

Using 'None' editor - http://take.ms/eoQJs
Using Built-in composer - http://take.ms/0SBne
using TinyMCE - http://take.ms/gwljZ

Please advice.
