Hello, after Update to Joomla 3.3 my site is broken:
Foundry folder doesn't seem to be installed on site.

Both backend and frontend are not reachable anymore. (see error message)
I need support to restore the site and have a functional backend.
Hello Sebastian Herth,

Can you provide us with your FTP access as well? Please advise.

Hello,

thanks for your support.
Of course you may re-install the extensions.

I purchased EasySocial but does not keep it after the trial period. I forget to uninstall it and now there was a problem after updating.

I may choose EasySocial again in the future but I think you still have some work to do to improve the visual appearance of the starting pages and also to add missing features. At the moment of my testing some essentiell features like events was missing. Also for smaller communities the starting page should be more visually appealing with larger images.

Hello Sebastian,

We have successfully installed easy discuss, easy blog & komento in your backend. But unable to install easy social due to some complication during installation. Have you encounter this issue before this when installing easy social?

By the way did you install a 3rd party redirect component or anything similar? If yes could you disable it temporarily in order for us to install easy social in your backend.

Thank you

Regards
Kheng Wei

Hello Kheng,

thanks! I have deactivated ReDJ component now.
If you find another component which is causing problems you may of course de-activate it.

regards
Sebastian
