Hi, I updated my page with the latest version and has stopped working. i have a clear site when I try to enter easydicuss. I have read that there is a known problem with sh404sef, when I will be patched? If it will not be patched please confirm this to ask for reimbursement.
it is possible to return to the previous version?

Hey there,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

That sh404sef issue already solved in latest version 4.0.4, can you provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can better have a look?

By the way, in the future you can just include your site's access once at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site rather than needing to keep adding them in your replies

The user "stackideas" does not have super administrator privileges. Can you please set this user with super administrator privileges please?

By the way, it looks like you don't own an EasySocial license but you have EasySocial installed. I find it really odd Are you using a warez copy? You should be really careful about it.

Try it now. I'm a bit novice like joomla yet.

Yes, we are using a warez version of Easysocial to test it. We have not yet decided if it meets our needs or just want to use some forums. We're just testing options ... JoomSocial, easysocial, etc ... when we make the decision we buy what finally use it. If we bought easydisscuss pudiendolo have also warez is that our goal is to be with everything.

Hey Gaud,

There seems to be some jquery conflicts going on and I have configured EasyDiscuss to not load jQuery so that only a single instance of jQuery exists on the site (Much faster too) Can you give this a try again?

P/S: I am not trying to push you to purchase a subscription but I have seen really nasty stuffs done towards files downloaded from warez sites You should be more careful in downloading such files.
