after running the updater, i cant logon

i just upgraded

Installed version: 3.9.18613

Latest available version: 3.9.18613

You are already running on the latest version

but now i cant even logon, when i click on the logon icon , nothing happens, i tried it to a pc running windows 7 ultimate , tried firefox, opera, ie, and chrome, i also tried my android tablet, nothing shows up to try to logon

I have checked in your site, it seems like your site missing some of the script file, plus I unable to access in your FTP access, can you download my attachment file and replace with

could you pls try again the ftp? i just tried it and logged in, pls note that password is case sensitive.
