Hello,
I was still seeing Guests (deleted users) here and there so I decided to run maintenance tasks but all the users' birthdays either got reset to today or got hidden and reappear only after editing and saving the profile. If you check out the birthdays list now you'll see most users appearing there, plus a few Guests (if you take a look tomorrow, just run maintenance again to see what happens). Would be great if you could look into it.
Thanks,
Michael
Hi Michael,

Regarding your issue with the age not display correctly on the profile header, i've added a fix on your site and now the age should show correctly after you run the maintenance tasks. Can you give it a try again?

The fix will be added into next release of EasySocial

Hope this help and have a nice day
Sam

Hi Mark,
It's been happening every once in a while today, however normally after a refresh it worked just fine.
Cheers,
Michael

Hello Michael,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. Hm, I am not really sure how to actually reproduce this issue on your site. After running the maintenance for "Set datetime field data key", I don't see any "birthdays" on the dashboard or profile.

Hello Mark,
Login from the front-end and if the age (in the header) is not showing, edit the profile. You will see the date is there and for some reason only appears after you save the profile. Then run the maintenance and you'll see the age will disappear again. For some reason the birthday is sometimes reset to 26 of february and sometimes remains correct but doesn't reappear until you save the profile.
Thanks,
Michael

Hi Sam, will test in a second. I noticed the birthday of the account I logged in with changed to 03/03/2015 (it's an account that's linked to my FB profile; the date used to be 06/06/1980). When I edited my account and removed the date, it once again was set to 03/03/2015 after saving. After changing it to my birthday it remained correct even after running maintenance tasks. The field should remain blank when the user chooses to remove the date.

edit: I logged in using a different account, edited the profile to remove the date and I can confirm the behaviour is if you remove the date, it goes back to what it was before saving the profile. It doesn't reset to 03/03/2015.
Thanks,
Michael

Hi Michael,

After changing it to my birthday it remained correct even after running maintenance tasks. The field should remain blank when the user chooses to remove the date.

Regarding the above, I've fixed the issue internally and the fix will be added into next release of EasySocial. For your information, we are releasing another version shortly which include the above fixes

Hope this help and have a nice day
