Since we upgraded to latest EasyBlog over the weekend the missing FontAwesome icon issue has returned. In our featured posts module the forward and back arrows are missing. They are now displayed as placeholders showing FI 04 and FI 05. In our most popular module there is am icon of some sort missing next to the hits counter with placeholder F0 36.

Your SFTP access should work. Make sure you enter password correctly. I tested it from outside our local network by using your credentials and logging in from my Dallas, TX server.
I can access your backend now.

By the way, I still can't able to access your FTP server, you can refer on my attached screenshot below.

However, I noticed you have set your `live_site` data in your configuration.php file, can you remove it and put it to `live_site = ''`, this should fix your issue.

If you would like to prove this before you follow my instruction above, you can do some testing below :

The reason why sometime work sometime will not work is because when you access your site without www prefix, it will not work.

If you access your site with www prefix, it will work, because you already hardcoded your live site need to access with www prefix e.g. https://www.site.com

Hey there,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply,

I've checked on your frontpage, but it seems like that showcase module forward and back arrow is appear correctly, you can take a look of my screenshot below.

Can you provide us some screenshot as you mentioned missing FontAwesome icon issue? Because I do not know which page hitting this issue.

By the way, I can't login in your backend and FTP :
Warning
Username and password do not match or you do not have an account yet.

Well.. Icons were working earlier. Now they are not working again on 2 different machines. One win 7 workstation on Firefox and now I am on CentOS 6.7 laptop also on Firefox.

I have updated and tested back end access and SFTP access in Site Details. Remember we only allow SFTP connections for file transfer.

If you could please check things out and let me know if it all works.
