Hello. In EasyBlog's backend I disabled Blog Subscriptions feature.
But user still can see "Manage Subscribes" item (link) in toolbar sub menu.

If you want to disable the "Manage Subscribes", you need to go to Backend > Easyblog > ACL > the Joomla User Group that you want > Subscriptions > disable 'Subscribe To The Blog'.
