Wanting to set up the advertisement system, but it is literally doing nothing.
Can't upload an advertisers image, nor a cover image for the ad.
No advertisements appear in the stream.

Seems like I am unable to access to your backend as it keep redirect me to your frontend frontpage. May I know the correct url to access your backend? And it is possible to provide us with your FTP access so that we can further troubleshoot the issue.

You can add the information needed by edit your first post in the Details section or you can just include your site's access once at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site rather than needing to keep adding them in your replies

(also both advertiser and advertisement have the same header text)

Seems like there is bug regarding this. I have logged this issue into our issue tracker and our developer will take an action for this.

I have tested to create advertiser(logo) and advertisement(cover) seems it working fine https://take.ms/pY0YY and the ads was shows in the dashboard correctly https://take.ms/DcIkz .
Make sure you enable the settings>general>Enable Advertisements https://take.ms/CkpUT in order to make the ads display between streams
