Hello.
1) Navigate to "All memberes" menu item.
2) Press on "Create new filter" button.
3) Select some fields... Genre: Female.
4) Press on "Create new filter" button. Wait for poup.
5) Don't fill "Filter Name" in popup. Just press SAVE button.

Result: "Search Filters" created without title. It difficult to find and click on ot.
I suppose, "Filter Name" should be required field.
