advanced search shows no results

Hi Guys

i'm trying to use the advanced search but no results show, even if i select something very simple.

when i press search the webpage gets refreshed and this removes the criteria before the search takes place.

at the moment the only way to search is by saving the filter first.

That was strange, when I trying to search something, it do redirect back to this URL -> http://yoursite.com/home/search/advanced?jid=349 , you can take a look of my screenshot below.

May i know is there a way temporary disable this feature -> ?jid=349 from your site URL?
So we can identify is it related this?

Hi Arlex,

I'm 99% confident that the extra parameter doesn't effect the search at all, that said if you log back in and go to: Main Menu > Reference > United states menu item you'll see it doesn't have the &jid parameter and it still does the same error (the module position for search is at the bottom)

Hi Wayne,

Is there any way that you can temporarily disable this extra parameter so we can confirm that this is not causing the issue with the search query?
