Hi,

I was wondering.
With advanced search, users can create their own search filters and save those.

Is it possible for me to create search filters site-wide, also for guests?

and either have them as a filter on the advanced search page, or have them available through a menu item?

Corine
Hey Corine,

Yes, it is actually possible and you only need to enable the option "Save as sitewide filter" . There is however one drawback though as this will only be visible to users who are logged in and not public userson the advanced search page.

However, if you saved a global filter, this filter is also accessible when you access the "Browse Users" page

By the way, please remember to assign your domain to your license to obtain for support in the future. You can do so by accessing your license area at http://stackideas.com/dashboard
