Hello Martin,

These fields that appear on the advanced search are dependent on the custom field that is associated with the profile type. To remove specific fields, you need to configure the custom field and ensure that it is not search-able.

To do this:

1. Go to Profile Types
2. Click on the profile type
3. Click on the Name field to bring up the name field settings
4. Turn off the "Search-able" option under the Views tab.
