Hi Manisha, it works if you change registration method to COMMUNITY BUILDER or JOOMA mode, but it is not working with Payplans registration, I already disable last installed extensions (BOSS SEO and OS MAP) but it is still not working properly. Why it is showing that OUTPUTCBJS error if we do not have registration method as a COMMUNITY BUILDER? It should be work with PAYPLANS REGISTRATION METHOD and dynamic price changing it is not working. Please we need to fix these two errors asap. Thanks for your support.

Ok Manisha, the most important thing we need is that PAYPLANS REGISTRATION works properly because we do not want JOOMLA REGISTRATION or COMMUNITY BUILDER REGISTRATION. We are going to add some custom fields to that registration form of payplans. The second priority is the dynamic price (price is not changing).

Regarding outputcb error, this is coming because of community builder captcha plugin (see attached plugin), as you have configured show captcha plugin to yes in Payplans registration plugin configuration , as it's integrated with joomla captcha.
I've disabled cb captcha plugin and now registration is working fine. only advance pricing issue is remaining.

I have tried to register using PAYPLANS but it is not working, it shows Registration failed and other error "Can not start email function". Please check it.

Manisha, I had to change not sent activation email until payment is confirmed. Whit this mode works, but if I activate send email activation before payment does not work.

Manisha, for us is very important that user be able to select QUANTITY of a PLAN, any other way to get this o we have to use DYNAMIC PRICE APP?

In case of recurring it will not work. Also checking registration issues.

Advance pricing app issue is coming due to conflict raises from jQuery Easy and Jchoptimise plugin. I've already fixed this issue at your end.
I have done modification in these plugin code (on payplans page will not load) , so these plugins will not load on Payplans pages. Now advance pricing app is working fine.
I have done the changes on below mentioned files.
root/plugins/system/jch_optimize/ch_optimize.php
root/plugins/system/jqueryeasy/jqueryeasy.php

Please take a look on this and update me.

Hi Manisha, ok, Dynamic Price works. Why do not display complete letters in CONTROL LABEL of UNITS TITLE? It is displaying a "P " but should display "PUESTOS DE TRABAJO" as I put it in that field at Dynamic Price configuration.

We have already fixed the issue related to unit title, will provide this fix our next release.
For now i've already applied this fix at your site.

If you are talking about Plan login page , then this modified price will not show on plan login page, here actaul price of plan will be shown.
On invoice confirmation page price is shown correctly which is selected by user.

1. User will be do these steps: https://maiten.com/soluciones/asistencia-cloud-fast-flex / Calculate Price and select the variation / Click on SUBSCRIBE BUTTON / and LOGIN or REGISTER ... Here is this last step it should display the price of the variation because is the price that user is going to pay but again the price is not changing, and if you login or register (it is not working register) you will see an invoice confirmation page before go to payment page and here in confirmation page does not show the variation price, it continue displaying the price of the plan. Please help me fixing this, for us is so important that user view the variation price of selected variation.

2. For some reason REGISTER https://maiten.com/component/payplans/plan/login/3 is not working, it displays error "REGISTER FAILS" ... What is this happening?

There is bug https://maiten.com/soluciones/asistencia-cloud-fast-flex please enter any units, for example 3 and press ENTER (without clicking on CALCULATE PRICE) and you will be redirected to a page where you see a plan. With ENTER key it should be action the button CALCULATE PRICE or if it is not possible please DISABLE ENTER on that UNIT field.

To display unit title and it's values on invoice pages, it will require changes in code.
If you want us to do the changes, it will be done as custom work.

BTW, you can display units on invoice thank you page using Advance Pricing Tokens.

Hi Manisha, now FTP is working. I've made changes but now I can not enter a number ... enter is disabled that is ok, but for some reason the field does not show anything when you put a number.

Could you checked the register bug? .. I did other test and I can not register, it display a error "Register fails"

Now i am able to login through ftp details.

2. Go to root/langauge/en-GB/en-GB.com_payplans_plugins.ini, ear line no. 1957, find the below mentioned string.

PLG_PAYPLANSREGISTRATION_ACTIVATE_AFTER_PAYMENT_MSG_ON_INVOICE_CONFIRM="Your account is created. Activation mail will send after payment completion. You have to activate your account by clicking over activation link mentioned in mail."

Jusertype app is not creating any issue. I have debug this issue and found that this is caching issue.
On this menu in url group_id variable value should be 1 but it's giving always 3 that's why no plan is showing.

Access above url.

Can you disable jchoptimize and other plugins you are using for caching , and try to check this again after clearing caching, also clear browser cache. Also let me know if any entity you have updated or deleted, any configuration changes on extensions.

I have disable JCH and CACHÉ but the problem of not showing plan continues, I had to assign 1 plan to just 1 group plan, so now it shows https://maiten.com/soluciones/asistencia-cloud/fast-flex the plan, but something is happening because it should display single plan instead of group if I configure in that way in menu item.

1. Unit selection option will be shown on plan page only. As per menu you created for single plan , always redirect user to login page , there unit selection option will not shown. I have changed this menu to group , now plan showing properly and after unit selection also dynamic prices is showing on login page.
see attached screen shot.

The prices is not changing because of caching due to System - Page Cache plugin. See attached screen shot after clearing cache correct price of plan is shown.
For now I've disabled this plugin at your site and now price is showing as per selected. Please take a look on this and let me know if you still facing this issue.

In that link you will see that it displays three plans where user can selects from dropdown menu buy one month or one year and click on BUY NOW (comprar ahora) after that the page redirects you to login or register page and finally (before payment) it ask you how many units do you want (workstations), and in this moment the page calculate the final price.

It would be great to get this steps because is easier to user. Please help me with this, I can do the changes on files that you tell me or we can pay this customization. Thank you.
