Total Subscription Limit : This should number, it will decide how many count the plan subscribed by user. After reaching that count plan will get unpublished.

Schedule Plan Availability : This mean you can decide the duration when this plan will be available fro user's user. For example you want that this plan will be shown to user to subscribe from 1 march to 30 march, then you can use this functionality. If it's disabled and total limit set then plan will get unpublished as per the total limit set. Scheduling will not work.
