Based on what i know we have one customer who having this similar issue, he found out is because he did installed one of the anti-virus program in his computer which caused this issue.

It might be the false alarm, so he got do some configuration from his anti-virus program then he can able to view this adsense setting on the browser.

Perhaps you give it a check and see how it goes?
