I believe that, this is because you might have set key restrictions while creating the Google Map API and might not enabled 'Use Restricted API Key' in your site Backend > Settings > General > Location > Google Maps (Required) .To do this correctly you can refer to this documentation:

At the same time, if you need assistance with this, you can set my current email address suganthi@stackideas.com to admin user roles for your current Google Map API project, so that I can able to assist you to configure this from your current Google Map API project.

The address with geocoding google maps works fine now. You can check and let us know also. And, I also want to let you know that we have created API for server restriction and just renamed the browser restriction. Also, we have removed some websites from the website restrictions. I have attached some screenshots below for you to check it out.
