I have some admins (not super) who cannot access posts via the backend of the site. We have not checked front end we dont want this front end access anyway.
I looked in the ACL but it doesn't seem to be for this kind of access.
Try check from my attached screenshot below, you have to configure the permission from backend > system > global configuration > click permission tab > select "Easydiscuss" from the left panel, then select your user group and assign which section you allow them to access.
By the way, may i know which user unable to access backend Easyblog page?

I already turn off that video from backend which do not display on the blog listing page.
