I recently installed the component for a client. Everything was working just fine. Yesterday, they called me to inform that whenever they tried to access the blog to create a post the "You are not authorised to view this resource." message appeared. I tried to check the permissions but if I go to Components-EasyBlog-Options, the very same message shows up.

What can I do to solve this problem?
Thanks in advance
Hello Ricardo,

Is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue?

I don't have a FTP Access but I can provide the back end Access.

Another thing, when I first installed the blog the user I'm providing, was a super admin. Since the problem was detected I noticed I don't have those privileges anymore. I'm not an expert but I'm sure that it has something to do with the entire problem.

Hello Ricardo,

You are currently on Administrator ACL, you might need to contact the person who has superadmin, this may be due the settings on the global configration > permission
and set Access Administration Interface to Allow

Thanks:)
