If those administrator didn't set their privacy only friend can view their post, then they post should be accessible by all the users.

And ensure that you have to follow my attached screenshot inside the setting.

If you already followed my setting and those administrator post still unable to appear for registered user, perhaps you can provide us one of the administrator post URL so I can able to check further on this.
