Hello,

we just installed easyblog on our intranet, to test it...but...when we login into our administrator account, we have a blank page with this error :

Warning: require_once(/var/www/intranet/components/com_easyblog/constants.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /var/www/intranet/components/com_easyblog/helpers/helper.php on line 22 Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required '/var/www/intranet/components/com_easyblog/constants.php' (include_path='.:/usr/share/php:/usr/share/pear') in /var/www/intranet/components/com_easyblog/helpers/helper.php on line 22

What can we do to fix this ?

Regard.
Hey Dieudonne,

Which version of EasyBlog did you install on the site? The latest version is 5.0.23 and the installer should automatically unpublish older EasyBlog plugins from the site.

Hello,

we used the 5.0.20 version.

Is it bad...?

Regard.

Hello, sorry to insist but I'm completely blocked...

If you have a solution, and a explanation of this problem...

Regard.

Hey dieudonne,

I am sorry that delay of this reply,

Perhaps you can try rename these few folder name then install again and see how it goes.
-> administrator/component/com_easyblog
-> component/com_easyblog
-> media/com_easyblog
-> /plugins/user/easyblogusers
