I'm sorry, it is not possible to compose a conversation to all the members. However, you can use the Broadcast feature to broadcast your message to all members. You can see the broadcast feature here: http://take.ms/9ouL4 . Hope this helps.

the site is not a test site, so you can not do online tests. I just wanted to know why it turns out that message I have highlighted in the screenshot when you insert a broadcast your message to all members

Hm, we are not seeing any screenshot of yours in this thread here. Can you re-provide the screenshot again? By the way can you go to your backend > easysocial > applications > search for "Broadcast" apps and see if its enable or not?
