Dear developers, we would like to know if it is possible and how to do to send a private communication (private message) by the administrator for all users registered on the site, using the private messaging of EasySocial

THANK YOU
Hello,

I'm sorry, it is not possible to compose a conversation to all the members. However, you can use the Broadcast feature to broadcast your message to all members. You can see the broadcast feature here: http://take.ms/9ouL4 . Hope this helps.

Hello Ed,

I've tried to access your backend but I got this: http://take.ms/PjoiG . By the way, is this a test site? I would like to make a Broadcast test post and I hope it is not a live site.

the site is not a test site, so you can not do online tests. I just wanted to know why it turns out that message I have highlighted in the screenshot when you insert a broadcast your message to all members

thank you

Hi there,

Hm, we are not seeing any screenshot of yours in this thread here. Can you re-provide the screenshot again? By the way can you go to your backend > easysocial > applications > search for "Broadcast" apps and see if its enable or not?

Hey Ed,

It seems the screenshot you mentioned is not attached. Can you reattach your screenshot so I can understand your issue better?
Also I could not access your backend. Perhaps you can check back with me the right credentials so I can do some checking on your settings?
