Admin section/repository for uploaded files

Hi There

Our client has asked if EasySocial has an admin section where they can see all uploaded files.
We can see a section for photos/albums, videos and audio but no files. Is such a feature available?

Unfortunately, there is no admin section where they can see all uploaded files currently.
