Admin Menu not working consistently.

I'm encountering a few of issues in the back-end.

First, when selecting EasyDiscuss from the Component menu of the Joomla backend, it takes me to an install screen.

Second, I have to select the drop down menu options from the Joomla Component menu to access most admin options.

Third, when in the Posts section of the admin menu, I can select posts individually, but when I hit "Delete" an error pops-up saying to select a post from the list. This indicates it doesn't recognize the selection has been made.

Fourth, while in the EasyDiscuss backend, the vertical menu items don't work consistently or at all.

I'm using version 4.0.20 on Joomla 3.8.3 on Chrome's latest release.
Disregard. A re-installation resolved the issue.

I was attempting to do some refresh work on this. The problem from the past is back and remains even after a update.

I can't get most admin menu items to work in any form in the EasyDiscuss backend. I can't alter the order of categories to reorder. And I can't find any forum topics that engage the issue.

I am sorry that I am a bit lost here. May I know is the 4 issues that you mentioned still occur or can you make a full explanation for one more time on what is your current issue so that I can understand your question clearly?

Because when I was trying to access your https://www.cruiseaficionados.com/administrator/, it has first layer security as shown in the screenshot.

Also, can you provide us with your FTP's access so that I can have a better check of it?
