Admin Group Creation

I can't create a group from the front end under my admin profile is this suppose to be like this? I do have it set up to where nobody can create a group right now but i thought as a admin i would still be able to do it from the front end.
Hello Antonio,

As a site admin, you will still be able to create groups on the front end. Are you hitting any errors?

Hello Antonio,

Unfortunately this login is not working I tried the same account yesterday. By the way, I have also added some fix for group creation for site admins on 1.2.7, can you update to 1.2.7 and see if you hit similar issues?
