If I log in to my site an do my changes it should not be seen in Easy Social or Easy Discuss Activity Stream. What are the settings for this?

I am a bit lost here. What do you mean 'do my changes it should not be seen in Easy Social or Easy Discuss Activity Stream'?

Can you provide us with some screenshots as well so that we can have a better understanding of it?

It is quite easy. Let´s say I work in Joomla admin backend on a regular article, for example I change something in Article "imprint". These changes will be seen in the activity stream in Easy Social. In fact, the whole article will be displayed in Easy Social Activity Stream.

I could be possible it has soemthing to to with plugin setings.
