We are using Joomla 3.2.3 and Komento 1.7.5. The Komento Yes or No buttons are blocked.
I tested it with Win/OSx and different browsers (chrome, ie, firefox, safari) and it's not working at all.

Chrome detects this javascript error: Uncaught ReferenceError: Komento is not defined in admin.js line 175

Could you please suggest what to do?
Thanks
Hello,

Is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue?

I've created you a super user account on the website. Can you please investigate?

Thanks

Don't you think post a public screenshot with the admin username and the password length might be unsafe? It's very stupid. Don't do it again please.

You will find the new details in this post. Thanks.

Suggest some changes or try don't ask only for admin or ftp details...

Hello Greg,

Sorry about that as I thought it would be pretty safe since the password would not be visible to anyone. Anyway it looks like some files are missing on the site. Can you please provide us with the FTP access so that I can see which files are missing?

Hello Greg,

Ah, I need the access to /media/com_komento/ and /administrator/components/com_komento and /components/com_komento . Any ways around this?

Hello Greg,

I think there's some permission errors here because when I tried to upload some files to /media/com_komento/ it seems to be throwing me with some errors as you can see here, http://screencast.com/t/qrjMoQgZkr

Hello Greg,

Hm, there's something really odd on the site because I tried replacing the missing files but it still wouldn't work. My last resort was to try reinstalling Komento but when I tried to install, I seem to be hitting a road block here,

-1 Copy file failed

Can you please advise?

You can't install extensions on the website, write permission are blocked.

We are developers, just say us which files are missing and we'll try.
I downloaded the latest Komento version, installed and it's not working properly.. Is maybe a common bug? Our Joomla is updated and 'clean', with few extensions..

Could you write here, in public the solution? Next time someone with same problem might read the solution here (you save time, they save time).

Thank you for the time and patience.

Hello Greg,

Hm, what I find it odd is I downloaded the same package from our site and installed it locally, everything works just fine. I tested this on 2 other computers of my colleagues on a fresh Joomla installation. For some reasons, there seems to be some js errors on the end. Could you try downloading the 1.7.5 release again performing another re-install of 1.7.5 (Just in case there's some issues with the archive) ?
