Sorry for the confusions here. That is just for illustration purposes only and it's not something possible yet at this point of time. You can customize the comment list to include this if you want by editing the file /components/com_komento/kuro/item/author.php

Are you able to tell me what edits need to be done? And would that file work for across the different themes? I see the other themes done contain the author.php file.

Depending on which theme that you use, you need to alter the author.php file I believe you would want to add codes to determine if the user is an admin or not.
