I am sorry but I'm not quite understand on your inquiry here. I believe when user are registered on your site the user status will automatically set to activated but it is not enabled since it require admin approval. User will not be able to access your site if both of the condition are not met. Am I missing something here?

If you want to understand the issue, please imagine yourself as a site administrator and you approve registrations, but you don't have a change to validate their email address if they are fake or wrong. As a result, there is no connection with your user based on their emails. User will be able to access the site, but admin or site itself will have no real connection with that user.

When admin approved a user, it is send an email which informs the user, right? I say that with this email (which tells user that admin has just approved their registration) why not to also validate user's email address?

I am sorry but I believe this request is the same as your initial request previously where you want to enable both email verification and admin approval during user registration which is not possible to do so currently. The only workaround that I can think of is for you to set email regex verification inside email custom field in your profile types to detect any invalid email format, http://screencast.com/t/JQ2Nx8Qb3F .
