I am finding that it's almost impossible. When I move a category up or down, it may or may not move and sometimes jumps many levels. Moving one category also moves others. I can't input a numerical order number and then save the order, as you can in Joomla. This is important because my categories are an alphabetical list. Is it something I'm not getting or a glitch in the sofware?
Thhanks,

I finally realized that some categories were somehow getting locked together; and both would move when one would get moved up or down. I got it to work by deleting and then rebuilding the categories that were acting up.

Hello Jim,

If a category has subcategory, moving the parent category would also move the subcategory.

Hi Mark,
Hmm, this was not the case. The sticky categories all were subs of a level-one category. So it's kind of baffling but I did get around it and all seems good now.
Thanks,
