Address field during registration

Hello,

In the backend, I have set Requires Add1, Add2, Zip Code to NO, but during registration they turn red if I skip them.

How can I modify this field to show only the City, State and Country (Which file do I have to modify?)
Hello checksum,

If the city , state and country is still required it is still visible because if it doesn't display, it will be a little confusing. In 1.2, you can configure these "sub fields" to be visible or not as you can see here, http://screencast.com/t/Or7t9ARN
