Addons are not displaying in subscription plans

Hi,

I had this problem with a previous version and downloaded the file mentioned in this thread to fix it:

However, I am not sure if this file will work a second time as the code is vastly different when I compare the file with the current on for latest payplans.

You can see my issue in the Basic Account Pro plan. No addons appear even though i have set them to publish on this plan.

Can you advise as to how I fix this? Should I just overwrite the file with the one in the linked thread?

Hey Mel,

I am really sorry for the delayed response.

I've checked your site and found that there are 3 addons available at the site. and all are applicable to "Basic Account Pro (for Buyers & Sellers)" plan only that's why it's not showing on the other plans.

You need to apply on the plans to them you want to apply addon.

After that check, this issue again and update us if still issue persist.

Hi Manisha,

so I have added it to Basic Account but they are still not showing up. Where exactly should they be visible?

Plan Addons will be shown on the invoice checkout page.
I've checked your site and it's showing fine.

This is strange. I have cleared browser cache and tried on Chrome, Firefox and Edge and it doesn't show up for me. What browser are you using?

I just tried restarting laptop, browser history cleared still doesn't show up in Chrome or the other browsers.

A separate question, is there any way these addons can be displayed in the plan itself? On the first page like they do with upgrades?

This would make the most sense for us so we can also add some introduction to the upsells. At the moment it would be easy for the user to overlook these additional services.

Yes I can see it if I click on the login link but would a user know to do this? Should it not show automatically?

Ok thanks. Is it possible then for me to be able to add some introduction text to where it says: 'ADD SERVICES' if so, where could i do this?

Once the user register at the site, it will redirect back to the checkout page and the addon will be shown.
Or you can show login first link first, so addon will be shown on checkout page.

If you just want to add the text then you can do it with language overriding.
You can find the language string here : root\administrator\language\en-GB\en-GB.com_payplans.ini near line 2231

you can add text accordingly.
