I want if we change the addon price, then new price should be charged.

I am sorry but this is not possible because if you change the addon price it will be applicable to new subscribers only and not to the old subscribers because once an addon price is linked with a recurring plan it will be charged the same for all the further recurrence the reason behind this is that the plan details and addon details gets attached to the subscription and it can't be changed.

Currently it's not possible to change new price of addon for existing subscriptions especially recurring subscription.

Also it is not possible to do the customization since there are some limitation from the payment gateway API as well as in core files , currently there is no other way around to allow to change the price during the on going recurring process.

Most of the payment gateway does not want to have people agreeing to a subscription at one amount then change to another price for the next recurring payment without the permission of the subscriber, so end up it will caused a lot of other issue as well as some of not allow to change the price of ongoing payments.
And most of the payment gateway will suggest that user cancel that subscription first then subscribe another new subscription for this newest price.

New price changes will be applicable for new subscribers only.
