I have 'add services' but I don't know how to change them in the new payplans. I had a shipping choice and now it is gone.

May i know do you still got this old Payplans site so we can better have a check how you configure it from previously?

Do you mean you would like to edit your existing addons item? If yes, it located at your site backend > Payplans > Plans > Addons .
